Did you know for example that when toasting, or "Prosting", don't forget to look into your neighbor's eyes. Otherwise, you may find the evening's mood quickly turning sour. And when the meal is over, fork and knife should be placed togther on the side of the plate, or if not, then keep them spread. On the topic of tipping: 10% is generous, rounding up a mark or two is standard.
